Peter Hurd-Watler
Peter Hurd-Watler is a serial entrepreneur with over a decade of experience starting and managing successful businesses.
After securing over $300,000 in grant funding for his previous tech company, he saw firsthand how time-consuming and distracting the grant process could be. This experience inspired him to co-found Impact Applications, a company dedicated to helping founders secure non-dilutive funding without losing focus on growing their core business model.
He is an alumnus of Draper University in Silicon Valley and graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Management in General Management with distinction and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Studies. This unique combination has sharpened his superpower of blending big-picture financial strategy with meticulous research and writing.
Peter is passionate about helping innovative companies get funding to develop technologies and improve the lives of others. Having traveled to over 90 countries, he has developed a deep appreciation for different cultures and perspectives.
Beyond business and travel, Peter enjoys caring for dogs and cats (including his two cats at home), performing stand-up comedy, and scuba diving.

Chase Miller
A two-time entrepreneur, Chase thrives on building businesses—and helping others do the same.
He lives by the quote, “1% better every day,” knowing that success isn’t built overnight, but with relentless focus and work ethic, anything is possible.
Recognizing the lack of support for grant writing in Canada, Chase saw how businesses struggled with the time, resources, and energy needed to navigate the complex application process.
His mission is to change that—helping companies secure the funding they need to survive, grow, and thrive!
Beyond work, Chase is an avid traveler and lifelong athlete. He played hockey from age three through university and still hits the ice regularly.
Hockey has ingrained in him the values that fuel his entrepreneurial drive: leadership, teamwork, the power of positive thinking, and a relentless competitive edge—his true superpower.
When he’s not playing hockey, you’ll find him working out, shooting hoops, or teeing off on the golf course.

Ujwal Timilsina
Experienced business analyst known for consistently delivering innovative solutions and aligning technology with business goals.
Recognized expertise includes financial management, process automation, digital transformation leadership, cloud migration, and technology adoption.
Holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Northampton and is a graduate of TOGAF in Enterprise Architecture, combining academic knowledge with practical skills for effective system optimization.

With a collaborative approach and effective communication skills, I seamlessly integrate with cross-functional teams to drive successful technology adoption within the broader business context. Kelly Comeau
Kelly Comeau is an expert strategist with two decades of experience in researching, writing, and securing government funding for her clients.
Kelly brings deep knowledge of technical writing including grants, proposals, and RPFs for all levels of government, foundations, and private interests.
Her educational background, a degree in Community Services, infuses her professional endeavours with a distinct philanthropic spirit, showcasing not just expertise but a genuine passion for advancing others.
This passion is further underscored by her superpower: an innate sense of understanding precisely what you need to keep your momentum moving forward, ensuring that every project not only meets but exceeds its potential.
