About this program

BUMP is Manitoba's replacement for the discontinued Canada-Manitoba Job Grant, and anyone still searching for that program should start here. It cost-shares 50% of employee training and of the work of building an HR strategy, through two streams that can be combined to a $100,000 maximum. Applications begin with an intake form rather than a fixed deadline.

Who is eligible

Manitoba small and medium-sized employers with fewer than 500 employees. Eligible participants include existing employees and underemployed individuals; relatives of the employer qualify only after three months' employment.
