We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and company name provided through our contact and eligibility forms.
• Business Information: Industry, business type, years of incorporation, annual revenue, number of employees, export status, and technology development status, used to assess grant eligibility.
• Website Usage Data: aggregate, non-identifying usage data such as pages visited, referring source, approximate region, and device type. We use two analytics tools: Plausible, which is cookieless and stores no IP address, and Google Analytics 4, which does set cookies and is used to measure which marketing sources lead to enquiries. Neither is ever sent your name, email, phone number, company, or the answers you give in our eligibility forms.
• Account Information: Email and password for users who create an account on our Grant Intelligence Platform.

Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to tell repeat visits from new ones and to attribute enquiries to the marketing source that produced them. Our other analytics tool, Plausible, is cookieless and does not track you across sites. We also set an essential authentication cookie for signed-in users of our client platform. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on every site using Google's opt-out browser add-on.
