This stream is delivered under the Rural Ontario Development (ROD) program, which replaced the Rural Economic Development (RED) program.
Municipalities, Indigenous communities or organizations, local services boards, and not-for-profit organizations in eligible rural areas of Ontario. Small businesses apply through the separate Business Development Stream.
