1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Impact Applications website (impactapplications.ca) and our Grant Intelligence Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Impact Applications provides grant consulting services to Canadian businesses, including grant identification, eligibility assessment, application preparation, and submission management. We also operate a digital platform for grant discovery and matching. Our services are advisory in nature, and we do not guarantee approval of any grant application.

3. 2X Money-Back Guarantee

Our 2X Money-Back Guarantee applies to eligible full-service engagements as specified in your service agreement. The guarantee covers our consulting fees only and is subject to the specific terms outlined in your signed engagement letter. Eligibility, scope, and conditions of the guarantee vary by service tier.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Impact Applications and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Impact Applications provides grant consulting services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any grant application will be approved by the relevant government agency. Grant eligibility varies by business and program. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services as outlined in your service agreement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
